Take a piece of the mountains with you, wherever you go…

After creating my mini mountains last year I wanted to try something different with them, I wanted something you could always have as a wee reminder of the hills, whether you are at work and waiting for the weekend it’s a little object that represents all the adventures you had and will go on.

And what should you never leave the house without?

Your Keys of course.

So my little project of 2025 has been making these ceramic mountain keyrings and I am SO HAPPY with how they turned out. I created my first batch using a variety of techniques- underglaze pencils, watery underglaze, linear effects and this made every single one unique!

Having always been drawn to little things, collecting them, displaying them, making them and since moving to Edinburgh and having my own flat to decorate, my shelves are pretty full now, but my desire to create more mini onjects was still there and this has satisfied it for now…. the only question is how many keyrings is too many for one set of keys????

Because they’ve been so popular, they will only be avaliable at my in person markets over summer-until I get time to make some more!
